Welcome to Paws R Us In-Home Mobile Grooming

Dear Client, 

​

We’re thrilled to have you and your furry friend join our family! At Paws R Us In-Home Mobile Grooming, we believe that grooming is not just about looks; it’s about enhancing your pet’s well-being and happiness.

 

To prepare for your appointment, our experienced groomers will need:

"Bath Only" services: access to a sink (small dogs), shower, or bathtub, and 1-2 generic towels per pet.

"Full Haircut & Bath": same as "baths" plus a countertop or table for the haircut. Your groomer can bring a table by request.

"Nails Only": no preparation is required but have a collar, leash, or harness handy.

 

For all appointments, we recommend closing bedroom doors in case your pet tries to run or hide *Especially for cats* If you cannot catch your pet, or your pet is unable to receive service due to behavioral issues, the full service price may still be charged at the time of the appointment.

 

Your groomer will text you when they're on their way. 

 

We prefer cash but also accept cards. Checks are not accepted. Prices are pre-determined prior to the appointment and our groomers aren't authorized to provide discounts without pre-approval. They are, however, permitted to add necessary fees for the well-being of your pet.

Our Grooming Agreement

When you book an appointment with us, we require this grooming agreement signed prior to approving the appointment. Here is a copy of the agreement for the sake of clarity and transparency. This agreement is subject to change.

In YOUR Home Grooming Agreement

I understand the entire service is done INSIDE MY home in either the kitchen, laundry room, bathroom, backyard/patio, or another location on my property. I will not turn away the groomer when they arrive at my house. If I do not let them on my property, I agree to pay the cancellation fee of up to the service price to be paid immediately.


Scheduling

We service different areas on certain days, and so if an appointment reschedules, we may need to reschedule other appointments. We will always give notice of a reschedule, but if you need a specific day of the week or time of day, please let us know ahead of time so we can satisfy all clients' schedules. We sincerely appreciate your flexibility.


Aggressive Pets

If your pet may be aggressive or bite during the groom. Just a disclaimer that if your groomer is unable to complete the service, the full price of the groom will still be charged. If you think your pet needs a muzzle, we do ask that you provide one that fits properly.


Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

We at Paws R Us In-Home Mobile Grooming understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances arise that may cause you to miss your scheduled appointment. However, we kindly request that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an opening.

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, we reserve the right to charge a fee to be paid immediately. Same day cancellations or reschedules (within 24 hours of appointment start time) will be charged at least 50 percent of the service price.

We understand that emergencies and unexpected events can happen, and we will always try to accommodate your schedule to the best of our ability. However, frequent reschedules or cancellations may result in the loss of your appointment privileges, and you will be required to prepay for your future appointments. A deposit of 100 percent the cost of the service will be collected in order to schedule any future appointments, and if the future appointment is cancelled or rescheduled at any time, the deposit will act as a cancellation/reschedule fee. 


Acceptable Payment Methods

Cash is always preferred but we do accept all major credit and debit cards. Checks are not accepted. An invoice may be sent after the service. Please pay within 24 hours to avoid late fees.


Additional fees

The price is "starting at" so the price may change based on weight, temperament, coat condition, etc. If your pet is a different breed or weight than what was quoted for, the price is subject to change. Specialty haircuts or haircuts longer than 1/2" may be an additional fee for increased time and skill required.
