Rowan shares her home with four rescue dogs, and has a special dedication to senior dogs and shelter volunteer work that shapes how she approaches every appointment. Her favorite moment on the job is seeing a dog light up for that final bandana, because they know they are all done and heading home. That kind of joy is what she shows up for every single day.
