Had a wonderful experience with Paws R Us Mobile Grooming. Their communication through the scheduling process was top notch and seamless. Irene arrived as scheduled and ready to go. I have a 8 lb toy poodle who doesn’t always cooperate when she’s being groomed but Irene had absolutely no problem with her. My pooch was completely comfortable with Irene and I couldn’t be happier.

Courteous, knowledgeable, caring and extremely dedicated to her work. Groom animals small to large, cats or dogs can tell if a person is friendly or not. Irene is the best, I wish I she could be or groomer in Kingman AZ where we live. But, we’re only here for medical treatments. If you don’t hire her, it’s your loss.

IRENE was absolutely AMAZING! on scale 1-5, 5 being best I"d give 10 stars. From booking, to communication with groomer, and Quality of Service provided, very pleasant experience. I'm glad they sent Irene , she is not only very truly caring, but she is knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. Coco sensed her good energy and let her give him the best groom he's had in a while.
He was very shaggy and others turned us down for same day appt. Will be calling back sooner than later.
