My 13 yr. old Bichon-poo (Olive) cannot hear or see very well. I imagine going to the groomer for 4-5 hours and being locked in a cage is pretty hard on her. I hired Kat from Paws R Us to groom her. She did a great job and was very kind and gentle. I was able to help hold her through part of the process which calmed Olive quite a bit. Kat cleaned everything afterwards and was a delight to work with. It is more expensive than a regular groomer but as I get older I appreciate being pampered and I think Olive does too!
